Bought a Hitachi AC recently. Even after 10 days they are yet to deliver the product, on top of it, when i call they said it will take another 4 - 5 days . Very poor customer service. They dont even have the courtesy to call me and inform about the delay. They don't pick up the call, I had to call literally 100 times. I will never ever buy from Shahs again.
got a carrier ac from them its been more than a week still haven heard from them very bad experience. if am not getting it in two days going to create a forum in consumer court.
Worst customer service, show room executive informed me that a wrist watch is free along with the TV as shahs gift for the new year day. But after making the payment for the bill, he told me that the watch is not available at this time and the same will be handed over by next day. I called the executive many time, everytime he is not responding properly and try to avoid to give the promised free item to me. Be aware of their cheating tactices.
Very poor customer service. Its been 5 days since I bought the LG washing machine. Still no one turned up to installl it.
