worst service at all time I have ever seen. While booking no clear idea about the documents required I had visited 4 to 5 time every time asking for different proof. When I went for first service not attention paid I was informed that no body is free to book. It is better to avoid booking new bike from this office.
I bought my bike for kln they keep on increasing the delivery date now for registering the bike they ask for 15 - 20 days time and still continue to extend worst dealer
yes yaar.. choose the nearest one for spare change. that too i am not sure whether they change with new genuine parts or not. The only thing is that even though we pay , the satisfaction level is less. I did in mudichur branch once, since they opened newly they did ok.. The next time i did it in adyar but i am not much satisfied..I spent a lot but still nobody could fix the gear problem that i have while reducing it..Even my private nearby local mechanic is doing a good service and he is loyal..
My bajaj pulsar is awesome and still the pickup can beat the traffics.. But these guys are destroying my bike.. I am kind of worried.. I think we need to reach head office bajaj for good service..

Please don't buy any vehicles from KLN BAJAJ ..................you will be irritated................

I have booked an [100-M] on 5th october .But still I hav'nt got it..
They have going on increasing the delivery date...............
Even today I called them and they hav'nt register it............I was totally irritated with KLN BAJAJ it is the worst ever................

My advice for my friends is not to buy any products from KLN

Saravana I have bought a Pulsar 150CC (Black ) in KLN Bajaj Redhills Branch net cash , June 9 2012, they will make u comfortable till u Buy the bike, after u bought the bike , they wont repond u. i went for first service really i became anger the way they Behaved , we have to give bribe for the person who serviced the bike apart from service money Rs 380. the service was not good till date , they get the signature in the service feedback form without explaining the picture & they will fill the feedback forms that the service is very good & satisfactory. these KLN management wont take action against this. am advicing my friends to not to buy bikes from KLN Bajaj.if any one is there pls take action , because we are giving huge a ... worst service station of bajaj in chennai .. worst behaviour
I booked a vehicle at end of march 2012 but thery delevered me a 2011 model, I feel cheated I have raised complained with Bajaj customer care but no use, Please dont buy bike with KLN annanagar very worst behaviour...
very late...and not atall satisfactory.....its better that we all give our bikes to road side repair shop...than giving it to KLN bajaj
