About 2 weeks ago, raised a complaint abt my kent water purifier to KENT AQUA GUARD tambaram, taken from asklaila because of all good reviews. Complaint was taken by keerthi ganesh & he came immediately and said that they dont have spares & going to take the machine to their service centre.I CALLED them many times but they are not responding and the adress given in the business card is completely fake, now i LOST MY MACHINE PLEASE BE AWARE OF FRAUDS AND DONT GIVE SERVICE TO THESE PEOPLE. ALWAYS GO TO AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES...
