very worst call taxi company in chennai,i booked a cab day before ,they promised that they will provide a cab and confirmed with the sms and booking number ,but at the time of journey replied casually they dont have a cab,and our trip his has been cancelled on that day.friends above review are true and dont recommend for anyone,and for god sake dont book chennai call taxi , instead u can use the service of auto or mtc bus......,if u dont have cab ,better dont confirm us with message,we will find another solution.. so disappointed with your service,

The service is pathetic. We had reserved an Ambassador AC to go out f station. On the day of journey, they called up at 7:30 AM to tell that Ambassador is not available, would an Innova be OK? They informed that I would have to shell out 150 INR extra. We agreed. Reporting time was 9. The agency again called up at 8:30 to inform that the Innova is coming from a long trip and it would report to us only at 9:15. It finally came at 9:30 AM. We had asked for a driver who had rested since it would have been a long drive. We came to know that the driver is not rested. The car wasn't clean either. Rash driving once we started.
