On 27 Jun 2017, I have purchased the samsung c9 pro mobile. After 4-5 days, I was facing the network issue and finger print detection issue. For network issue I highlighted it to airtel center. After 1 week of proper follow up with airtel team I came to know that problem is in the phone. Then on 15 Jul 2017, I submitted the samsung c9 pro mobile at samsung service center. Till today I was following up with the the samsung service center and customer care however I did not get satisfactory response.

Sir , I bought an S7 edge and it get an technical problem with its display as it don't work properly from bottom and I went to service center to repair it then they said that u will get ur mobile in 5 to 7 days when I went there and ask for the mobile they said that u have to wait for 2-3 more days I said okh and waited but when I went again they said that the problem has not been resolve till now u will get it in 2 -3 days before going to them I called on ur head office branch gurgaon they ensure me that the mobile will be given to u on the given date otherwise they will give a standby fone but when I asked for standby fone they just said many people come here to whom whom we will provide standby they told me that ur mobile spare part is n

Hi Team I brought new Samsung A5 phone on May 2016 from after 2th month I have started facing problems phone it was getting auto touch back and hanging problem then I have visited to Samsung service center they told to leave mobile for 15 days and they said after 15 days that your mobile has new from inside and assure me that you will never face the same problem but after 8 days i am facing the same problem .

So far i have purchased 4 Flat Tv of Samsung but 3 has failed .47inches,47 and 49 Ultra 4 k tv failed in 2 months and i am still fighting with Chennai team but they r still Dodging.The service engineer to service engineer visited my house but still in Vain.
ONE ot the engineer who is visiting our house says I QUOTE : THe Samsung CEO , Finance HEAD and local service manager are useless and IDIOTS,:
and he says I am a FOOL as a loyal Customer and he himself has only LG who has been visiting for past 3 year.
