NO SATISFACTION...... NO ORDER... CANCELLATION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION..
Your service is so low standard.
While i was talking to your customer care executives regarding my order status and delivery timings, they informed that the order is cancelled. When I asked for any notification call or email about the cancellation they said it is automatically sent to customers.

Before ending the call you guys send the cancellation email. Your order cancellation mail is sent after the delivery date/time are passed and the customer himself calls.
Disgusting.

It is a 1st site i got to know which deals online for GROCERY and household stuff and deliver free of cost!! earlier i was knowing that this kind of service is running in foreign only. but when i heard i got amazed that how come these people can deliver products even free of cost. I have recently placed an order and what a great deal it was. got discounts and Rs. 50/- off on my bill as i placed order for the 1st time. great savings and easy for a bachelor like me. can invest this saved money on movie tickets :D
