Dear Mr. Arun, first of all you completed 60% of training in AWS and as i Know u have some doubts to clear which was planned to conduct by me. But i can wait for you max 20 mins not 1 hr as i am taking other batch in other locations. So you became late and you don't look on this. When next time i communicate for you class you told me i got a home tutor, i want my money back. I think this is not the way that u completed almost important topics and saying refund my money. Still i told you i have batches at other centers u can join them u misbehaved me and used very abusive and slag languages. I am having all call recordings and I know you kind of mouth publishing professionals does not know anything.

Above given reviews looks from the staff of xpert infotech. I know Mr. Diptiranjan who is trainer in xpert infotech.
I gone through AWS cloud training in xpert infotech Janakpuri in feb 2016. It's the worst experience. Trainer does not have even L1 level knowledge. HR available on number 9999991236 does not know anything except collecting the payment. They given me 10% training only and taken the half fees. Multiple time, i escalated this to them that trainer does not have proper knowledge. They every time told that they will arrange another trainer for me. Even they arranged and new trainer name is DiptiRanjan but he never came to janakpuri branch for giving training.
I am following up till date with them about the refund. However

I don't know about other's experience with this institute, but i had a ugly experience with the one in janakpuri.
First they will lure you and mesmerize you to join the institute.(which one will do with all these good reviews).THE AMBIENCE ITSELF IS SOO TACKY.
But there after you will get careless treatment.The trainer and the quality promised will never be entertained.And they will go u limit to ask you to pay the payment within days.
I paid 1000 for one class.SO, better your choice.....
