Very poor service. I'm only suggest please don't travel by Laxmi holidays.

If u Wana travel in LAXMI bus, u need to pay a handsome fare otherwise I assure u tht ur seat will b sold to some other persons WITHOUT UR KNOWLEDGE who will ready to pay more than u nd U LL keep waiting for bus to reach on journey time like it happened to me, on tht time I realised I would have taken HRTC"every time backup on emergency, comfort journey wit secure n assured, no worry abt bus cancel or seat dispute". ultimately ur money will go to Govt fund which use on public.

On 28th April 2018, Delhi - Chauntra, reporting time-7:30pm, but there wasn't any sign of LAXMI BUS at reporting place, a LAXMI Agent kept saying " bus is abt to reach" n aftr long awaited bus reached around 8:30pm n departed aftr 9

Poor guest service I have complaint twice to conductor that my LCD is not working then he checked and went off by telling that he will come back. but no one answers about the problem. It was pathetic experience with Laxmi travels. Also display quality and most of the LCD's are not working.
Be careful when some one offer you the seat check the reason

Really bad company!!! I will never book a bus with them Again. We book a ticket from Dharamsala to rishekes in a van of 14 people and it was changed at the last minute to a large bus. Furthermore, they have changed the boarding time and place, and they didn't informed us at all so we had to take a taxi and we actually made it in the last second. The driving it self was a nightmare. The driver was crazy even to the Indian standards, and we couldn't sleep at all. The bus was dirty and old.

I would rather give 0 star . It has very poor service. I will not travel in future by this Volvo. We have waited for 2 hours for this Volvo..Worst experience!!

Absolutely crappy service. They don't know the pick up points, instead of stopping the bus at Karnal Bypass
