The service is very bad. to be more specific the interior designer section is too bad either in supply or in service. They insists on full payment. But the delivery does not happen if it happens partly.all they make promises which they never meet.
I doubt whether management is anytime bothering for screening these reviews for taking remedial and preventive actions.
Very Bad and bitter experience.
We have bought Centre table from Home town 4 months ago and its bolts are getting loose and even the wood quality is worst. When we call them, they are not responding for any calls, I have scolded them at their office using very bad words, they mention that they will come and replace/repair and they never came. Even they took 2 months to do installation, once money is paid they will never responde. Don't buy anything from them even in your dreams as they are of bad quality and bad in service as well.

We bought wardrobes and modular kitchen from hometown 4 months back. They took 1 month for installation after making number of phone calls and now it just 3 months, all the kitchen doors are getting detached themselves as the bolts are not fitted properly during installation. I am calling them from last two weeks and there is no proper response and service from hometown guys and it is really frustrating. I will suggest never buy anything from hometown as the service is too worst and worst and worst....
