Kindly provide provide correct address. I purchased a panasonic eluga ray max mobile through tataQ. It was a faulty hand set. Now nobody wants shoulder the responsibility. Service Center demands Rs 3250. It is not my fault. Why should I pay?

I have purchased a water surefire on 31/1/17 within 6 month it became bad . After calling for service no one came even after sending mail to the head office , this is the worst company i have ever seen . this is the model number
