Rajdhani Restaurant: Gone are the days when an authentic Gujarati thali could be had only at Rajdhani Crawford Market. Today they have seven outlets in Mumbai with five snacklets that promise 'faster than fast food service.' Their tag line states 'Ek Khandani Parampara' and the restaurants offer an expensive thali that includes 2 Farsans, Chaas, 4 vegetarian dishes, one sweet dish, Dal, Kadhi, Roti, Puran Poli and rice/Khichdi. The service is very quick and waiters attentive. Watch the hand signals used by the waiters to call for required replenishments at each table.
