Pathetic visa service and extremely uncultured staff. I called up their visa in-charge Sandesh and just asked for a his advice on certain issues relating to student visa in Germany. One, the information he gave was absolutely wrong (for which I had some idea before but I checked from other more authentic sources later). Two, he was extremely rude when I told him very politely that his information did not seem right. Also, for other stuff the things he was saying was all available on internet so easily and of not much use. Very terrible experience. Do not go to this agency for any service esp for student visa related service. I hope the proprietor Mr. Reji also takes note of the rude behaviour of their staff.
