Absolutely pathetic and unreliable. The sales team (Mr. Rauf and team) are nothing but a bunch of sweet talkers. The quality of design is poor, and they will do anything to make money and swindle the customer. One visit to their workshop in Oshiwara will give you an idea on the poor quality of the work done.
Their payment terms favour only them. Unless you pay them in full, they will not even assemble your furniture. Every deliverable from them also requires multiple levels of follow up.

To summarise : Extremely unrealiable, unreasonable, thieves, untrustowrthy who dont deserve your business.

Please dont take any furniture from them.

There quality,finishing of furniture is extremely bad.They delivered the cupboard and the finishing was so bad and handle was also not matching as well.They promised to get it fixed but it has been two months they have done nothing about it.They are not responding to calls or getting it fixed.They insisted to make full cash payment before deliver.So now they dont care.It was my mistake to give them full cash.So please dont buy anything from them.There final product is no where close to what they display in the showroom.So dont be fooled by the sample furniture.
