Homeocare is a money minting organisation wherein they are very good and polite when one goes for the first time. They know how to get customers enrolled which is minimum of 1 year. After taking their medicines for 15 months there wasn't 1% improvement. I have all the reports to prove them. Obviously the doctor is answerable in such a scenario. The doctor accepted that the medicines have not worked and asked me to see some other doctor outside homeocare he knew personally where I should pay extra fees. I was just not convinced and asked them to refund my money as I am discontinuing my medicines. I was told to wait till the accounts department contacts me for the same. After 2 months I received a call from them after my reminders and called me. The person whom I met was so arrogant and rude with me and started arguing. Also gave me stupid examples like when a person goes for surgery doesn't he or family members have to sign on the consent form saying anything fatal can happen. In the same way treatment never gives guaranteed results. I was shocked by his comments. He was so business minded that he even did not think a moment about he was talking to a patient. They dont treat anyone like patients, for Homeocare we are just customers. The person was not only adamant and curt but was not allowing to prove my point. And was commenting very sarcastically. I suggest each and everyone to stay away from these cheaters in the Homeopathy Market. They are very ruthless and their motto is to fill their pockets than their duty towards patients.
