Well I am also an old customer of body care Rajouri Gdn,I used this outlet some eight years back for weight loss and was quite satisfied with the results and services rendered.I lost 5Kg weight in first 45 days and another five Kg in next two months.
But This second visit has turned out to be a great disappointment.I joined Bodycare in the first week of November,2010 for ten KG weight loss.I informed the manager that I need to lose maximum weight in first two months as I'll get busy after that,to which she was quite affirmative.I was very impressed with her approach and also bought a face treatment package for my wife with in a week.
But to my disappointment I only lost a little over one kg weight in one and a half month even after attending regular sessions.when I approached the manager she and my dietitian advise me to alter my diet which I have already done.Now it seems as they are either unable or not wiling to help me.As such I always get a very cold reception over there and even after repeated request to try some different approach or to give me a heat therapy once a week they don't do that ( I have got only three heat sessions in four months,last time it used to be on every alternate session).
I am fed up and don't feel like going there any more.in fact I have not gone there for last ten days.
I am deliberating whether to take some action or forget it like a bad experience.....
