As Ashish said this is a cheater's hotel. THey had mentioned its a five
star hotel in ask laila but i bet that cannot be a five star hotel ( i
dont know how come concerned officials are allowing this kind of cheat)
I stayed in this hotel because of my office people, i guess they have a
tieup with this hotel for cheap rates (now my office people had
realised and said that they will not book thishotel for anyone
hereafter)
They have i-touch facility in their hotel, USELESS. when i check in it
was not working, they made me wait for sometime saying that some IT
person should come, and he took few minutes to rectify it. when i asked
wats the issue, he said that they have changed the application
recently(for what???) then i retired in the room. suddenly ipad was
blank, i called the reception again, they came checked and said there
is no charge and said that they will bring the charger. 10 min later i
called as the charger didnt come. they responded back that they are
busy because the hotel is sold out (hope tis is the first and final
sold out for them, they were acting such way only)and after 15 min
(after my call to reception) they came and gave me a charger and asked
me to put it on charge. the next day i called reception to know where
the breakfast is served, they said oak restaurent and disconnected. How
will i know their oak restaurent. then i managed to find it out and
went there and found it empty. i myself helped on finding out the
tiffin and had breakfast and finally went to my office and blasted
them. They had called hotel ppl asking why they are doing such a worst
service to a senior manager, their response was " you should have told
us before so that we would have mentioned VIP service to our hotel ppl"
i seriously could not understand, ALL THE CUSTOMERS ARE VIP'S RIGHT???
Anyhow now my office ppl have realised and given me a word that they
will not book with them anymore or even lower management persons.here customers are not treated as GOD but as DOG.
