it is a Himalayan task to contact them on phone. when you need to book gas, you keep trying for at least an hour to get the line , though they have three numbers enlisted for booking gas cylinder refills. we feel we could walk a mile and book in person,rather than keep pegging at the phone. can they not improve this condition by employing one or two more attendants with additional phones?
