Pathetic Customer Service. Let me tell you first that this review is about the Staples Furniture section and I am disappointed mostly from their guys/manager/customer service in this section. I had booked a Neelkamal cupboard and I was told that it will be delivered within 3 days. They asked me to pay in full and the guy gave his mobile number. I waited for 5 days before making call. Finally when I did the guy had typical can-not-help-it-is-delayed-due-to this issue that issue answered. I finally had to wait for 4 weeks for a cupboard! I wish that they could be little more attentive and keep the customer updated

I have been looking for a Bicycle and have been to many shops. Most of the shops had either only the Indian brands (Hero, FireFox etc..) or the ones which had foreign made the budget was way above for me. I thought of giving this shop a try and let me tell you that I was surprised to find some very fine brands at a reasonable price. The range is very good and the owner is friendly. Recommend this shop if you are looking for a Bike or Bike accessories

Today we had been to Suggi for a buffet dinner. I must say that the food was so ordinary that I had to write a review to share my experience with others. We opted for Non veg buffet which cost us 860 INR (for 2). The food was ordinary and most of the chicken items were cold and tasteless. The chicken biriyani was cooked with very hard chicken pieces and with normal rice. The dessert was a joke, there was Jamun and a cake which you could buy 50rs for 1/2 kg from any bakery. here is some more, they have 2 installation decor where water flows from top and both were defective and water was spilled on the floor, I almost slipped!! My recommendation, people absolutely avoid this place.

So I wanted to change my Hairstyle and was searching for a good barber (yes I said barber and not hair stylist) I found this salon in 4th blk (they have a big board hanging outside the building). from inside it is just an average salon and the guys their do not understand English or Hindi (only Kannada). but I must say he cut my hair as I wanted and charged me 100.If you can explain him wat you wnt he would sure do it for you. Highly recommended . (Do not go to those fancy Hair stylist they are either no good or will charge you atleast 300-500.
