I recently bought a Philips juicer worth Rs 2000/-, i was not working properly the next, i went to Dmart to return it back they say that they have a policy of no exchange..if there is a policy of no exchange they should mention it on the bill or let the customer know about it before purchase.I kept my juicer in their customer care centre i got it back saying that it has no problem a Philips repair guy has checked it. I took the juicer back and it is still not working i called up Philips Call center but there is no response..I would suggest that please donot buy electronics from Dmart..becuase incase you get e defective or a broken or non-functional thing..they will not take it back as per the policy and it would be an headache to followup with company service center and hence you would finally giev up and dump your stuff like i did..
