I used the services of this company while moving goods within Bangalore and my experience with them was not that great. These guys charge a premium as compared to many other players, but their services are certainly not worth the amount of money paid.
Lots of breakages were observed - these included damages to a washing machine, chair, knife, water container, etc.
These guys move very recklessly with the goods so wall of the house got chipped very badly at a place.
I made the mistake of paying and providing positive feedback before inspecting my stuff properly. And, once this was done, these guys just wouldn't listen when I talked to them about the damages they had caused. The contact person is a very sweet-talker, he often quotes his superiors during discussions but always refuses for any escalations to be made to them !!
