They usually do a great job. But sometimes they piss you off to the core. when things are going well for them, they are commited to the time. Otherwise, they are a mess. they make you go to them again and again. they don't deliver on time. and for god's sake, please do not misplace that receipt. their system sucks so much that they can't identify your order with your mobile no (which they ask for promptly when taking order) or your name. it takes more than a day even though your clothes may be lying in their back room. i had to actually go the backroom and identify by clothes myself.
