I had an harrowing experience with this. They don't tell you hidden costs about minimum distances and expect you to know the rules. Their drivers are naive. They don't know the correct routes and try to argue with you when you tell them the correct route. Star city taxi presumes 1) the customer knows all their rules 2) all hidden costs will be told to you by the driver when your trip is over.
I had this experience with them when I booked them for a drive to skandagiri on March 26 th 2011 night. The driver will then argue and tell you that i need to come to their office i want to put forward a point.
The only thing good was that the car we got was good. and that is the reason why i am giving it an extra star i.e 2 stars. If you are looking for a service with them please please check out other taxi's as well. Its not about the money but about how you treat your customers. The receptionist you call up may sound good and humble ultimately its the driver whom we interact with and they did have a bad one.. so call them at your own risk....
