And they are not interested in paying you money. Will give all stupid reasons not to pay. With great difficulty after trying for 2 days got their line, which always says you are in queue(I wonder if this is deliberate). Will complain to consumer forum. They are such a pain.

Hopeless customer service. They are interested in only taking money and when it comes to claims, they don't have trained people who know what they are talking and on top of the misery you are claiming for they will add to you misery by delaying it tooooo much. Hopeless, avoid them by all means. Even at the cost of no insurance.
