Not once, but twice was I made to face extreme disomfort in Konark Diagnostics Dilsukhnagar. The first time was a long queue and a wait of 1.5 hrs to get an ultrasound with a full bladder. When my turn finally came, I was told female doctors were not available even after requesting for one. I was informed that the same bill can be used for another visit so we rescheduled. The experience was quite painful. We returned after a couple of months as I was out of station. After explaining the delay to the reception, I was asked to continue drinking water for the test. The wait lasted 1 hr and when my turn arrived, I was told that the systems had changed and the bill id was no longer valid. I was asked to wait additional 15 painful min with a bursting bladder while they discussed the bill, only to inform me to that they could not do the ultrasound. In spite of the dire situation I offered to pay for a new bill, but to no avail. I was asked to return another day. Another patient in extreme stomach pain was rudely asked to wait in the queue. What I don't get is, why to make patients wait till the last min in the state of discomfort and waste valuable time just to inform them that they cannot be tested? The reception was extremely rude, unorganised, clueless and insensitive to the patients. Konark Diagnostics in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad is not a place to take your loved ones for testing.
