Serengiti is worst restaurant..This is the third time we are going to this restuarant.Before 2 years we went there,At that time their response was very good..They were customer friendly and food both veg and nonveg were very good..Ambience is also sooo good..mainly kids will enjoy that...
Second time we went before one year..at that time food was good but they delayed for 2 hr..We took buffet lunch they were very slow in service...
But this time today we went for lunch there...There was no one to tke care of us...Very worst response..They not even bothered when we came out of their restaurant...As per my opinion,they dnt get proper workers there..Their Silver Metro in the same mall is very good and we took our lunch there...But it seems both the restaurants r looting from customers..they included service tax in the bill...For one person nonveg buffet lunch in serentity is 425/- in metro 365/-..
So plz friends AVOID SERENGITI...
