I have had a very bad experience with one of the staff of Orchid Beauty Salon which is in Magarpatta city. Probably the staff has not been taught any courtsan eys and etiquette. I had reached parlour yesterday at 7:30 and probably was closing time. I just requested the girls present there to get done my eyesbrows and upperlips. But probably they were leaving for the day. I just told that sometimes you can have exception and can cater to the customer needs and I was about to leave but one of the staff was continously telling me in a very sarcastic manner thank you madam, thank you madam. I was aghast at her behavior. Such people should not be in such industry where lot of customer service orientation is required. I came back and told her to have some basic mannerism and not to behave in such an idiotic manner but God she is too big for this job.
I have had a good interaction with the owner of the parlour but seriously she should not keep such staffs. I think that staff needs some trainings else she will keep on displeasing other customers too.
