If AskLaila gave me an option to rate it "0", I would. The worst service I've ever had all my life. Worst food and highly priced. I loved the Mainland China in Bangalore, so took some guests along to Chennai Mainland China. 1. They did not have a Dinner Buffet 2. We waited for 1.5 hrs for our ordered food 3. It tasted like a first time cooks food - I mean it... just oily noodles with soy sauce and fried rice with green onion, the soup was nice but definitely not worth Rs. 250 per bowl, a small sized bowl. Manager's answer to poor food and poor service - they had a party and the kitchen could not cater to the order and apologies and of course the left over drink from the party was served complimentary after the complaint. Very pricey, I wouldn't minded paying that chatge if the food tasted any good. The worst experience and the kids who joined us for dinner still make fun of Mainland China everytime they see the add on POGO. WASTE OF MONEY< TIME AND APPETITE.

I loved the food. It was tasty, the lunch buffet had enough variety and good number of deserts. Very reasonably priced, decent ambience. Good place for a family Veg dinning. There was no service that was reqd, so I have no comments about it.
