Great place! Once you've had F1 experience, you'll never want to try any other gym. It's quite expensive, but totally worth it IMHO.

Okay gym. Although it has a space of 4 floors, it's still very crowded, maybe because of the location. The equipments are alright, but the amenities are not really good. e.g: Broken taps in the washrooms, no towels, etc. But on the brighter side, it's quite reasonably priced, and it has a small cafe at the entrance. Avoid going there at around 7-8 in the evening!

It has the quietest and best open air cafeteria in Bangalore! You get salads, omelets and sandwiches and juices etc. Also heard that it has buffets on Wednesdays probably.

Thank god for paramount! No one else can serve you good till 3 o'clock in the morning :) Try out the restaurant on the terrace, it's got really good ambiance for the pricing.

Good place for eating... daily and regurlarly :) The portions are single serving and anyone can order for their own 'thali'. Many nice innovative dishes too.
