WORKERS / LABOURERS ARE THIEF
I had an extremely sad experience with Nova Packers and Movers. I took the details of the agency from Sulekha but the labourers that were sent by the agency happened to be thiefs. I have changed almost 8 houses in last 13 years and never had such a bad experience with any one of them. We are in the habit of accumulating coins in a big plastic mug in our kitchen and the same werenât there when the stuff was unpacked in the new house (approx Rs. 500 of change was there in the mug). We noticed the same the next day in the new house when we were in need of some coins to pay the newspaper vendor. The labourers packed the kitchen stuff and presumably emptied the mug and packed the same as the empty mug was found. On realizing the theft we called up the manager â Kishore and the co-ordinator â Laxmi at Nova packer and movers but unfortunately they werenât at all supportive. Even after repetitive calls and follow-ups they are not even willing to accept the fault of their team and the worst part - they arenât even willing to share details of the team members and had a new excuse every day. Sorry to say that instead of supporting their customers I feel they want to support thiefs. Itâs not the question of Rs. 500 but Iâm highlighting this in the bigger interest of others who read my review so that they donât take services of such an agency. Itâs always better to be safe then sorry !!!
