WORST SERVICE EVER! first the ppl working in this shop are (best described as) LETHARGIC... wen i bought my frame for the shop they did not deliver on time and i had to run arund a couple of times to get them to do it!! no one bothered to call back or confirm wen i wud get my specs.. 2 months later one a screws in the frame broke into two (major manufacturing defect).. wen i got them to get repaired thet promised to get back to me in 4-5 days.. that dint hapnn.. wen we got back to dem.. d specs was still with dem and dey had managed to break another scerw in that.. again dey "PROMISED" to get it repaired in 3 days MAX and give me a calll.. yess... dey dint call back AGAIN!! the next tym wen i inquired dey sed offered to giv me another pair with a diffrnt color.. wich looked OLD n the color was not me.. dey were NOT even WILLING to inquire whther the same pair was available at any other outlet... again no calls from dem... its been ONE MONTH that i hav been without my specs.. i am forced to use my old pair wich gives my headaches.. atleast a company wch make specs shud undestnd this... i called them again to find out (since the "promised call" was never made) and d store girl (Shwetha- hu always "promises" to call back) sed she is waiting for the "APPROVAL" on my pair of specs.. i LAUGHED!! seriously now.. is this a multi-million dollar deal that u giv me all this crap about approvals and wat not!!! i hav lost all hope of gettg my specs bck.. i think i learnt a lesson from this.. i shud hav relied on the local/smaller shops wich also provide the same specs.. but with a lesser price and an on-time delivery.. my advise to others... AVOID TITAN EYE WEAR..
