I bought a new LG TV last August 2010, and now it has encountered a problem. I contacted the executive for reporting the problem, he told me that he will call back after 10 minutes, however he didn't. After 30 minutes, I contacted in the numbers printed in the bill, then a woman answered the call, collected the details, and said our executive will come to your house within 2 days. 2 days passed none did. So I again contacted the cx xare number 18001809999, but no response, they didn't attend the call. I tried many times with different numbers provided the executives. Some of them attended the call and gave another number, but none did pay attention to what my problem was. The cx support is very very poor...Its for sure I won't ever in my life suggest anyone to shop from Bismi. Poor cx service. Irresponsible guys.
