I am not satisfied with the service of Beam telecom I applied for a new connection on 27th June 2011. Today 8th Julyl i didnt got connection. Mr. Prakash has collected Rs.2300 for six month plan. But no progress in connection. Call center peopele will tell it will take 24 to 48 hours. they took more than 10 days 240 hours to do nothing. Worst worst service .I want my money back - my number is 9246299022.
