very disappointing experience, It more like if once patient is stuck with them, then they don't care. We were the first 3 to reach the hospital very morning, and since it was our 2nd visit and already paid for all the testing and other expenditure, But couldn't talk to Doctor till afternoon as they want to first check the new patients. Kind of like to get new bakras for halali. You are already stuck so enjoy waiting for hours.
