BEWARE: HIGHLY Non-professional and cheat scustomers. STRNGLY RECOMMEND: DO NOT BUY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Duplicate parts galore.
Does not know Computer technology but sells techno-stuff.!! Had very bad experience: bought 6 monitor cables none worked, brought them back to get replacement or refund. The owners sitting
behind the counter started accusing the technicians that they did not know how to insert the cable. REFUSED TO REPLACE OR REFUND!! A
nother descent looking customer brought back a fax modem which did not work on Win 7, where upon the owner claimed that he had informed the customer that the modem worked on Vista and WinXP. The customer seems to be a professional from IT who informed the owners that, he had checked with HP as well as Aznet the modem manufacturer and had found out that Raj Tenchology had given him the modem which was non-compliant with Win 7 but the seller failed
to inform the customer. The owner stated that there are no fax modems available for Win 7 upon which the customer cut him off stating that Trendnet does have Win7 compliant modems available in India. Ultimately the customer was sent back without refund or replacement (which Raj did not have!!).
Thus, 15 minutes at this shop..said a lot about their Customer Relationship and non-ethical
business practices.
