Really bad experience with DAVANAM jewellers, malleswaram, Bangalore. I suggest not to visit this jewellry shop as they confuse from ordering till delivery. Recently we ordered for a gold kada for a specific design & weight. They told it would take 15 days but unfortunately they took 21 days!! After kada came they told us that the weight of kada has drastically increased due to design. Just we wanted to know when we ve finalised the design & price value before ordering how they can drastically change? We were okay with increase in 1 or 2 grams but the final price came was shocking. We argued with their manager about this & he seems to be the customer himself as if he has ordered. He was talking all non sense as if he is going to give for free. It seems just a gimmick to mint the money from customers. The manager says if we don t have money you can give it later as if we ve gone for a favour. As a customer we ll not get due respect here, please don t visit this shop. Their services were pathetic & kindly note they don t have parking facility & you need to just roam around 8th cross for parking.
