I visited this clinic on 01-Aug with problem related to small boils at the anal region, the service and the doctor are both pathetic. here are my comments:-
1. After taking the appointment for 8:30Am, the doctor made me wait for good 3 hours
2. Though the clinic opens at 8:30am Dr. Umesh Jalihal showed up at 11:00am
3. There is a junior whom you have to tell your problem, since its a private clinic we come here to meet the doctor and not a junior. This is India and where there has to be direct access to the doctor and not the family physician concept of a worthless junior, whose qualifications or board is not displayed
4. He forecbly made me undergo a test costing Rs 2500/- in his clinic itself, though I was not keen, My mistake I did not refuse
5. The test he conducted was in such a hurry without any patience and gentleness that I was not able to control stools for a few days now
5. Additional Rs 400/- towards consultation, which he hardly talked to me for 1 min
6. There are no BILLS provided for consultation
Overall a pathetic doctor, with no time-sense and I think no medical sense also
