So far it has not been satisfactory.
During free services, I had regularly complained of a frictional sound from the front wheel, to which they kept giving different versions like that some part got damaged which would be payable for, or that they had sorted it out- without actually doing anyhting etc. Then when I took a closer look at it, there was a metal wire coiled in a bundle and caught in the axle section of the front wheel! They removed this after 3 or 4 times of having pointed it out.
Recently I have been trying to get their mechanic to come to my place as the Activa is stalled. Having fixed the appointment for a week back, later calls have so far not been reverted back to.
As far as the manner of speaking is concerned, I must say that they are polite.
