I am very happy to inform that I was very active all through my pregnancy period due to this yoga classes. I joined prenatal yoga class after 4months of my pregnancy and started gaining benefits all most immediately. I have gone to work till the last of my delivery and I have got a normal delievery.I give all credit to this yoga . The exercises are very much imposed to pregnant women and I am happy to join postnatal yoga .
