This is with the reference to the refrigerator (double door) bought from your local dealer,Goyal Sales Barnala(Punjab) last year,we paid the amount in 2 installments,so couldn't get the bill and the dealer says he doesn't have it.In starting it worked properly but for the last six months, it's been creating problems.The freezing section doesn't work and cooling in the lower part is nowhere.We can't preserve anything.Thus, the purpose of buying is defeated.Your mechanic from Sangrur (Punjab) visited us twice but in vain. It's really a black spot on the fair name of such a reputed company of yours. Please replace it or repair it properly. I hope you won't disappoint us any further.
