Even I am going through a very bad experience with this agency. Almost a week back I had paid money and was given only stove and regulator. Till now nobody contacted me to deliver the cylinder. I have been trying to reach them on phone, since one week either phone keeps ringing or engaged. Since this morning they have been telling that delivery guy will be coming and delivers the cylinder. I wasted whole day, now they are telling that, they do not have stock. they deliver tomorrow. If there is no stock why the hell they had given me the stove and telling me since morning that it will be delivered today. They do not have any system for customer service.
