I totally agree with the reviews posted on May 3 and Aug 30, the quality is degrading. The day care was fabulous at time of Sandhya and Preeti, since the time they have left the new teachers have not managed to give the same warmth and touch. My child still talks about Sandhya and complaint a lot about new teacher- saying that she scolds. My child was scared to go to the restroom stating that "akka scolds". As parent it is just fair to highlight the change and make the onwers conscious about the fall in service. I do not agree with the parents who feel that just because an association has lasted for 2 + years one cannot highlight fall in service or changes which are not favourable. No one will like to stick with a bad service irrespective of duration of association just to be judged as "good/ conscious" parent. I am particularly writing this review for the owners to see and realise that these reviews are voices of some parents who after having long association have decided to move on. In matter of child i can vouch change is always last resort.
