I've used Meru Cabs more than a dozens of times over the last 5 years, and have never had a problem of any kind with the drivers or dispatchers. I have never had a cab arrive more than 2 or 3 minutes after the scheduled time.

I had a great experience travelling by a Meru cab, to suburbs; the other day. The driver was very polite and mannered. I am always happy with the service that Meru offers.

Would like to share one of my experience with Meru's. Once was I was traveling by a Meru cab, I didn't have the time to read the paper that morning. I asked the cab driver to stop by the news paper stand. The driver politely volunteered to buy me the news paper. This kind gesture actually made my day. I was unaware that Meru cab drivers are actually trained to go the extra mile, to make their customers travel experience memorable.

The pista green Meru cabs are the best support for luxurious transport in town..... its pleasure to travel through these cabs as they live upto their standard... so trust them as they are reliable.

I love Meru cab and i prefer Meru cab services to any other cab service in the city. Its been long now that I have been using Meru services, and I always recommend my friends to use Meru services for their traveling.

Meru cabs are clean with well mannered drivers. Also, they aren't rash drivers but are quick enough.. and they are never late always punctual.

received good reviews from friends about Meru cabs and on their advice i booked a cab to reach to the airport. I am really glad i did. Not only were they on time but the driver was really sweet and helpful.

Frankly speaking i have never had such an experience. In fact i rely mostly on Meru cabs for transport and so do my family. I'm sure its just a one off experience.

I study in the UK,recently I made a trip back home to Bangalore. and used the Meru cab service once. I am very impressed that such a world class service has been launched in India. .so all best the and keep going.

I am grateful to the Meru team and especially to Meru driver Nazim Khan, for returning my cell phone to me. On Sunday i.e. on 01-03-2009, I had booked a cab to go to Lokhandwala and I forgot my mobile costing Rs.30,000/- . When I realized I called up my number,and Mr. Nazim Khan the driver responded and returned my mobile.I am thankful to them for this kind and honest act.
