Very very rude manager...I had viisited this store around May 2011...I had my laptop bag with me with my company laptop inside...The store owner asked me to give my bag to the security..I didn't want to as I thought it was risky..I was asked to empty my bag and carry only the laptop inside and not the bag..Since my 1.5 year kid was with me....it was very difficult to manage both the laptop and my kid around the store..finally i bought a Rs2000 cycle for my kid and after billing I very gently suggested the manager that it was difficult carrying the laptop alone...They have detectors outside and could check the bag if needed ....and suggested that laptop bag should be allowed like other stores do...the manager was very very rude...we spoke for around 3-4 minutes...i dont remember his exact words..something like it was not his problem...but i felt real bad...and since then have never gone to saphire till now .. and dont think i will in future. i guess the manager is the owner (not sure though) and its their money which is showing the arrogance...
