The worst shop i have ever seen.. They have three shops in malleshwaram and we have been visiting them for over 10 years now
The experience this time was very bad.. We shopped for about Rs 9000 of which was a salwar for Rs. 2750.. When they packed it they missed the dupatta.. as soon as we reached home and realised it we called them immediately.. Not sure what the counter person had done to it (She was already fighting with another person there when we were shopping) They said they searched the entire shop and dint find it.. And when we went there in the evening they spoke as though we had it at home and were hiding from them. and said all salwars come with a single dupatta and they dint have a spare either... they got a different colour one and asked us to take that (if there was only one dupatta for each salwar from where did this come?).. when we said no they were not ready to exchange the dress also... The owner was so harsh.. We left the dress there and came back.. They never refunded our money also..
NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP.... IF THIS COULD HAPPEN TO US WHO ARE GOING TO THEM FROM MORE THAN 10 YEARS.. THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU ALSO... THERE ARE MANY OTHER SHOPS IN BANGALORE.. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE AND AVOID THIS SHOP...
