I got my Philips Home Theater 5.1 in 2010 with a 1 years warranty. The tray is not working it just pulls open every time you insert a dvd. The service center had taken it for repair its not yet back. They promise you to deliver your products after repair but its neither mention on our invoice nor the products is back as promised to you......... Even after regular follow ups........... Within warranty products are not taken care of. What would be the service provided if one's warranty is over? Authorized Dealer : M/s Balaji Sales & Services............
