Today i had a bad experience at the Vadapalani arcot road Connexions. I really do not understand from where they manage to hire useless guys and have them work at Connexions as Managers. Iam a regular to this shop and have spent thousands buysing something or the other, today i bought a couple of things and that includes a gift wrapper as well. The bill amounting to 900. I had a package that i bought outside that needs to be gift wrapped. I have made a big urchase at this time and i requested the gift wrapper guy to pack the box that i bought elsewhere and he refused to do so as its their new rule not to pack something that was not bought from their store and that i need to check with their manager, now i approach their manager and i tell him that its something small and i just made a whole lot of ourchase from your store and you cna relax the rule for a regular customer like me. But he bluntly says no. Oh common give me a break here. There is nobody At the gift wrapping counter and having bought a lotnif things there i thin he can oblige. Though this might be small problem but hey iam a but irriated. I have decided not to enter this store ever again. Even a landmark allows gift wrapping if the wrapper is bought from their store. Connexions not my place to shop from today. Bad customer experience. Terrible infact.
