I had purchased a mobile phone through indiatimes.com, they used DTDC courier services to send that to my home address 25,Bankhandi,Near Sweety SHop Rishikesh(Dehradun)
on 6 Feb 2012. The courier
company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to
the consignee with in 4 to 5 days;
On 9 feb I got calls from DTDC rishikesh(Mr. Anil Shahi) that please come and collect ur courier as it contains expensive item and we fear somebody may steal(Wowwww they themself know how big theif are they). As I worked in a different city I asked my father to collect it on my behalf, but when he opened the courier after coming home to his utter surprise in the mobile bag there was no phone but 2 Fena detergent cakes, when we informed DTDC office regarding this they felt no shock(as I believe they only did this) and said âsir this is india aisa hi hota haiâ.
I have lodged an FIR in Rishikesh PS and will fight this matter in court as nobody from DTDC is picking up the phone and answering my queries
This is a choron ka gang thats masquerading in the name of Courier service
