I am a regular member of your gym since 6 years (OZONE Gurgaon). When I had joined, I used to be very proud of being a member of the gym. In today's scenario.... the standard has gone down drastically. 1. the colour of the towels have changed from yellow to yellowish brown, 2. the water flow of all showers are very bad, 3. immediate measures are out of question(ex: On sunday the boiler was out of order.. we were not informed.. . monday was holiday ...but,on Tuesday also not OK ... and no infomation...we waste our time to take a bath... and find out the water very cold!!!! 4. steam is in worst situation.... since 3 months its not working properly.. inspite of repeated complaints no body bothers...... the steam temp. is handled by the house keeping ladies (they don't even speak proper hindi). when you are about to enter, one of the house keeping lady will put on the steam temp. and ask us to get inside... you have to wait till the steam is formed(sic). It is really dangerous... if any mishap happens I will be the first person to give a detailed report to the media. yesterday when I complained at reception... the man sitting there explained me...... do you want the steam room to be automatic??? OK .. I will ask the electrician to do so ..( just imagine the staff level?????).. then he told me...'Main abhi class leta hun electrician ka!!!!!!!!!!what a high profile standard of the GYM??????? I am really scared of that steam room...how can you take such risk on your customers????// Just painting Red/ Yellow your gym will not be upgraded. some basic facilities shall be standardised and safe. hope you will take care of the small but genuine problems... thanks and best regards.........
