I had purchased Sumeet Mixie from this shop called Pathra Bhandar.
After taking it home, I found that the Mixie is not powering on! It is a dead piece of crap!
Panicked, I returned the mixie to the shop Pathra Bhandar on the same day.
The pathra bhandar guy rejected any refund. He had no concern that he cheated me selling a faulty mixer.
After much argument in that late night I had to settle for a Morphy Richards mixie as replacement and had to pay 220 extra!
This time I made sure that the mixer is at least working and took it home. Alas! after reaching home only did I notice the guarantee card in the pack. The guarantee card shows a date 3 years back!
There were two signatures with the same date. He had sold this unit to someone and they must have returned it.
He sold it again to me! A 3 year old piece after taking the full MRP price.
On searching the net, I could find several other people who got cheated by Pathra Bhandar in similar ways
They sell old, expired and low quality stuff, reject refund and offer more low quality stuff at extra price if complained.
So beware! Pathra Bhandar sells low quality crappy products and rob your money.
