iam happy with their support and decision.My problems are resolved.iam very new to web hosting.i took reseller package.but dont know how to operate it.i was frustrated and struggled.it was my mistake.i got angry a little and scolded one support person.i apologised n now iam happy and moved on.thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding.
